I have lived and worked in the Lansing Area my entire life. I hate to admit this but I remember when every teenager who had access to a car was in downtown Lansing on Saturday night driving up and down Washington Ave and then on to Sully’s for cheeseburgers and milkshakes. How times have changed! However, what hasn’t changed is the need and desire for customer service. Unfortunately, only too often, customer service has disappeared from our every day lives.
I have a strong business background, working in various industries over my lifetime, all of which have served me well. I have learned a lot and I am very grateful for the opportunity to share my expertise and experience with my clients to help them make educated real estate decisions.
